• All bundles must be shipped 1:1 for the Microsoft Office products and the qualifying devices.
• Both the eligible Office products and qualifying devices are encouraged to be shipped on the same invoice. When that is not possible, both orders must be shipped and invoiced within 5 business days.
• Qualifying devices: Windows PC (Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro). Windows Tablets, Android Tablets, and Chromebooks with a screen size greater than 10.1
• Eligible Reseller excludes Managed Retailers and Managed Resellers. A list of Managed Retailer and Managed Reseller Exclusion list is available on the Device.
• Rebate are available for a maximum of one thousand five hundred (1500) units of combined total Eligible Product sold to each Eligible Reseller in a calendar quarter (January 1st – March 31st, 2021).
• All orders must be invoiced by March 31st, 2021. Backorders are not honored. While supplies last.
